Unfortunately not all vents or vent covers are the same. They are almost identical in size but the hinges and lift locations vary. The only real way to know the correct fit for your 2018 Palomino Puma travel trailer is to look at the hinge of the base when the cover is removed.
I've attached a photo of the different hinge styles to assist. I've linked the page to all of the vent cover/lid options to assist. For instance the Replacement Dome Assembly for Ventline Ventadome Trailer... view full answer...
Since you already have a Dometic A/C unit on your 2012 Palomino Puma and want to change the least amount possible, you would want to go with one of the A/C units that is compatible with your inside of the travel trailer Dometic components (air distribution box and thermostat if separate from the distribution box).
Personally, I like the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR42PV (white) or # FR32PV (black). I like these because they tend to run quieter than other brands and... view full answer...
I believe you are talking about the head pin for the drive head, and there are replacement pins available, but it does depend on the specific awning you have, as the pins are for certain drive heads (we don't have a way of knowing what awning is on any specific trailer, unfortunately).
The options we have are for Solera awnings:
- Solera Power Awning Plain Drive Head, White # LC266146 uses Replacement Head Pin for Solera Power Awning Gear Drive Head # LC266141

Since your travel trailer has onboard house batteries, the break away brake will be powered by those. To replace the breakaway switch and/or cable I recommend the Fastway # FA80-00-2040 which includes the tongue mounted switch. If you have the switch and only need the lanyard I recommend the Fastway # FA80-01-2204. I have this same line attached to my travel trailer. I like that the coiled line keeps it away from the ground and the large carabiener clip makes it each to hook on to the... view full answer...
The correct size Blue Ox 2-Point Weight Distribution System for a Palomino Puma 28DBFQ is indeed part # BLU75FR. It's rated for more than the trailer weighs but this will give you more room for error or just more wiggle room if you decide to load the trailer heavier. You'll want the system to be overrated rather than underrated so all will be good. Plus, if you upgrade trailers you might still be covered with the same system. view full answer...
I would be willing to bet you do not in fact have the backup camera but rather just the backup camera mounting bracket as that is how the trailers come from the factory. This is a common mistake so no worries but the correct kit is the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # FOS43TASF for the 4.3"monitor or part # FOS05TASF for the 5" monitor. This setup will give you an extra bracket but it's the only way the systems are offered. view full answer...
The exact door latch you have is the Fastec 43610-09-SP Travel Trailer Lock With Deadbolt which we do not carry. The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit with Keyed Alike Option # 295-000021 that you referenced is very similar and would be a great replacement. But you have to get your door to open first so you can remove the broken lock. I wish we knew of a way to break into your RV while causing minimal damage to it but that's not something we can safely recommend. view full answer...
Thanks for the picture of the dust cap of your trailer hub. From that I can tell you have grease hubs and an EZ lube spindle. The LMX Red grease like part # L11390 is considered the highest quality and most durable so we recommend it the highest. view full answer...
We don't have a database that tells us what components are currently in your suspension system, but I was able to find a previous customer who had a Puma 28 series trailer who needed some similar parts and they mentioned that their equalizer was 6" wide when measured between the two side bolt holes. You'll want to check your existing equalizer, but the EZ Flex Equalizer part # K71-652-00 has a width range of 5-1/4 inch to 6-1/4 inch so it would work great with 6 inch long equalizers. The... view full answer...
Both the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-47-48 and the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 are excellent options to replace the brake assemblies on your 2009 Palomino Pony pop-up camper. A lot of the Dexter Axle kit price comes from the name in all honesty, but this is also because they have been around for a long time and they really know what they are doing so you can trust their quality. Dexter Axle brakes are also made in the USA which is something that can't be said for a... view full answer...

Yes, but there is only one system that will work on your Palomino Puma Travel Trailer, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System. This system is offered with a 4.3" monitor part # FOS43TASF or the 5" monitor part # FOS05TASF. These two systems will both be plug and play. If you like you can add up to three additional cameras to the systems with 5" monitor, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera part # FCN48TASF for the truck or wherever else you would like and then... view full answer...
Prewiring can mean a lot of different things since there's no industry standard on that term so you'll first want to see what you have available first. In my experience this typically just means that the manufacturer just ran the AC power to junction box in that area and cut a hole for the ac unit to fit into.
If you have a controller there then you could get away with just purchasing a rooftop condenser unit like the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup -... view full answer...
With installing the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer # LC696740 you will want to use the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit # MR76ZR on your 2014 Palomino Puma 19RL travel trailer. These shackles are longer at 3-1/8" on center to account for the additional height of the Road Armor Equalizer. To help strengthen the suspension I recommend adding the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR for each set of hangers. This will strengthen the hangers by connecting them together across the trailer. view full answer...
The closest thing we have that will fit those dimensions is the Bauer Products # BA64FR. This fits a cutout that is 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall. Unfortunately, we don't have a narrower latch that will fit in your 4-3/4" tall opening. You will need to widen the cutout to install the latch. view full answer...
Personally, my family uses the TST RV Septic System Ultra-Concentrated Drop-In Treatment Pouches - Citrus Scent - Qty 30 Item # CAM41183. These pouches are all premeasured so all you have to do is just drop them in the toilet. One pouch treats a 40-gallon tank and and the citrus scent will help block odors for up to 7 days. This biodegradable formula is environmentally safe and breaks down waste and tissue to prevent clogs.

If you wish to replace your refrigerator, we have a selection to choose from. Please see the attached link for options. You will need to identify what size you have, or want. If your current refrigerator is is a 2 way/3 way type gas/electric we do not have that option at this time. We have electric only options such as the Furrion Arctic RV Refrigerator with Freezer, # FR32SR. The main issue that I've seen with RV fridges, especially the Everchill brand like part # 324-000119, is that the fridge isn't defrosting sufficiently. What you need to do is unplug it and let it thaw out and then make sure the drain is in a good location and able to drain properly, plus you need to check the ground of your fridge and make sure it is securely connected to a clean, bare metal surface. In the comments that I've seen the ground was a major problem,... view full answer...
The Adco Tyvek Roof Cover for RVs part # 290-36030 is not really designed for your vents to breath but rather protect the roof of your trailer from the elements. This roof cover is actually made out of the same material as most of our full covers. If you wanted to run the air conditioner while the cover is installed you would need to make a hole for the vent as it would most likely not allow enough air to pass through sitting directly atop.
To help give you a better idea of its venting... view full answer...
